Products are sold and operated by AI HUA CLOTHING CO., LIMITED under the Running Girl brand. We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and PO Box addresses. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or international destinations.

Order Processing & Handling Time

• Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

• Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Orders are not processed or fulfilled on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Contiguous U.S. (48 States):

• Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate for orders from $0.00 to $49.98.

• Free Standard Shipping: Free on orders of $49.99 or more.

• Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Total Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (1 business day handling + 2–4 business days transit).

Alaska & Hawaii:

• Economy Shipping: $9.99 flat rate for all orders (The $49.99 free-shipping threshold does not apply).

• Transit Time: 4–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (1 business day handling + 4–7 business days transit).

PO Box Addresses:

• Shipped via standard postal delivery. Delivery times typically follow standard transit windows (3–5 business days).

Carriers & Order Tracking

• We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Tracking details generally update within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Shipping Fees, Taxes & Checkout Charges

• All product prices exclude sales tax.

• Applicable shipping fees and sales taxes will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before order completion in accordance with destination address and local state regulations.
