1. Overview

Welcome to Running Girl. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Running Girl website at https://www.runninggirl.us (the “Website”), together with related content, products, checkout functions, and customer services (collectively, the “Services”).

Running Girl is an online activewear brand operated by AI HUA CLOTHING CO., LIMITED, Ground Floor No. 185, Hang Wai Industrial Centre, 6 Kin Tai Street, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong, Business Registration Number 75859909 (referred to in these Terms as “Running Girl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting, using, or placing an order through the Services, you agree to these Terms and our policies referenced below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or place an order.

2. Related Policies

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy will govern for that subject. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Returns & Exchanges Policy regarding a return, refund, or exchange, the Returns & Exchanges Policy will govern for that subject. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Shipping Policy regarding fulfillment and shipping rates, the Shipping Policy will govern.

3. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to place an order. If you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and payment details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly at support@runninggirl.us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Product Information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product colors, appearance, and fit may vary slightly due to device settings, screen displays, lighting, individual body shape, and normal manufacturing variation. Please review the product description, sizing information, care instructions, and selected variant before placing an order.

We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability, images, and specifications when necessary to correct an error or reflect a change to the product. We do not guarantee that every product will remain available at all times.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm that your order has been accepted and processed.

We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including if a product is unavailable, a price or product-data error has occurred, payment cannot be authorized, information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled item or order using the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a modification or cancellation, contact support@runninggirl.us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a request can be processed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

6. Prices, Promotions, and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices on the Website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax. The price applicable to your order is the price shown for the selected product variant when you submit your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Applicable shipping charges and sales taxes will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Promotional offers, including discount codes and multi-item bundle savings, are subject to their stated conditions, product eligibility, availability, and expiry. A promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with another offer unless we expressly state otherwise.

For an approved return from a discounted or bundled order, the refund is based on the discounted amount actually paid for the returned item. If only part of a discounted order is returned, each approved returned item is refunded using the same discount rate applied to that item, rather than its original undiscounted price. Standard shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return resulted from our error.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. We use payment methods made available through the checkout process. We do not receive or store full payment-card details where our payment providers process the payment on our behalf.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, order-processing times, delivery estimates, rates, and destination restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy:

Processing & Handling: Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) begin processing the same business day; orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) are processed the following business day.
Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States): Standard shipping is $4.99 flat rate for orders from $0.00 to $49.98. Orders of $49.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated transit time is 2–4 business days, with a total delivery time of 3–5 business days.
Alaska & Hawaii: Economy shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 for all orders. Estimated transit time is 4–7 business days, with a total delivery time of 5–8 business days. The $49.99 free-shipping threshold does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
PO Box Addresses: Shipped via standard postal delivery (typically 3–5 business days).
Excluded Destinations: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or international destinations.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the complete conditions and process for requesting a return, refund, or exchange:

Return Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge restocking or handling fees.
Item Condition: Products must be returned in brand-new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags, sanitary liners, and packaging intact.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos/videos to receive a pre-paid return shipping label at zero cost ($0.00).
Customer Remorse: For voluntary returns (e.g., sizing preference, change of mind), customers are responsible for the actual return shipping costs to our designated US return center.

Do not return packages without prior authorization or to our Hong Kong corporate address.
Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not offered. Customers may request a return for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days following warehouse receipt and inspection.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use the Website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not use the Services to:

Violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information;
Interfere with the Website’s security, functionality, or checkout process;
Introduce malware, automated attacks, or harmful code;
Scrape, copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Website content or products without our written permission; or
Impersonate Running Girl, AI HUA CLOTHING CO., LIMITED, another customer, or any other person or entity.

Product descriptions and activewear support levels do not replace professional medical or fitness advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Running Girl and AI HUA CLOTHING CO., LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from use of the Services or products purchased through the Website.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded but may be limited, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
